This is an official response to your application for the Exchange's certified warehouse for delivery of natural rubber futures, and with respect to the Certified Delivery Warehouse Regulations of Shanghai Futures Exchange, we approve of your company's warehouse of Total Logistics Storage and Transportation Center, which is located at 2298, Hualiangdao, Dongli District, Tianjin, as the Exchange's certified warehouse for delivery of natural rubber futures, with an approved storage capacity of 20,000 tons of natural rubbers.

Since the date of this document’s issuance, you shall operate physical delivery business under the new storage structure as abovementioned.
