This is an official response to your application for the Exchange's certified warehouse for delivery of natural rubber futures, and with respect to the Certified Delivery Warehouse Regulations of the Shanghai Futures Exchange, we approve of your company's two warehouses of Qingdao Logistics Center (i.e., one located at 668, Baoyuan Road, High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Qingdao and the other at 88, Sancheng Road, Nanquan Town, Jimo City of Qingdao) as the Exchange's certified warehouse for delivery of natural rubber futures, with an approved storage capacity of 20,000 tons of natural rubbers.

Since the date of this document’s issuance, you shall operate physical delivery business under the new storage structure as abovementioned.
