We have received your company's Application for Modification to Packaging of Lead Ingots and relevant documents as well. In accordance with relevant regulations, specifically the Regulations of Shanghai Futures Exchange on Registration of Nonferrous Metals for Futures Delivery, your company's newly applied Grade-250120L polyester packing strap complies with all specifications as prescribed in the Exchange's standard contract for lead futures and relevant requirements on physical delivery after our on-site inspection, sampling and assaying. Upon our consideration, your company is hereby notified of the following:

Ⅰ. Your company has been approved to change the packaging material for " BYXY " Lead Ingots（Pb99•994）from the original rust-resistant steel straps with a size of 30-32*0.9-1.0 mm into the polyester packing strap with a size of 25*1.2mm. This product is bundled up in a double parallel-cross manner (#).

Ⅱ. Since the release of this Notification, the abovementioned " BYXY " Lead Ingots（Pb99•994）can be used for physical delivery of the Exchange's standard contract for lead futures. Since Feb. 7, 2013, the original " BYXY " Lead Ingots（Pb99•994）with the steel strap packaging are no longer allowable for entering the warehouse for generation of new standard warrant while the standard warrants generated before the Notification coming into effect can still be used for physical delivery.
