The Standard Copper Cathode Contact of Shanghai Futures Exchange (Revised) has been approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission (Z.J.H. 2012］No.351), which is hereby made available for printing and distribution, and to be effective as of Nov.26, 2012.

The previously-generated standard warrant may continue to be available for performance delivery of futures contract; since the issuance of this Notification, the copper cathode produced in accordance with new national standard will be allowed to generate standard warrant for performance delivery.

This Notification is particularly issued.
