Your company's Application for certification to be the Delivery Depot for Fuel Oil Futures has been duly received. In accordance with relevant regulations, specifically the Administrative Regulations of Shanghai Futures Exchange on its Designated Delivery Depots(Tentative), your company has been approved as the SHFE designated backup depot for delivery of fuel oil futures upon our consideration. Since the release of this Notification, your company shall conduct with the Shanghai Futures Exchange 's Agreement on Backup Delivery Depot between your company and the Exchange in all jobs regarding management and business preparation for backup delivery depot.
