According to the market development needs and subject to thorough research, the Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) hereby consults the public opinions on the certification of the Sinochem Zhuhai Petrochemical Terminal Co., Ltd. as a backup delivery depot for the fuel oil futures. Any member or market participant may report to SHFE, in adherence to the principle of honesty, objectivity and fairness, if it has any grounds to challenge the corporate qualifications, good faith and professional competence of the Sinochem Zhuhai Petrochemical Terminal Co., Ltd.
