We have received your Application for Modification of brand of Hot-rolled Ribbed Bars. In accordance with relevant regulations, Rules of Shanghai Futures Exchange for Registration of Steel for Futures Delivery, your company’s brand of hot-rolled ribbed bars comply with all specifications as prescribed by the Exchange. Upon our consideration, you are hereby notified of the following:

The new brand (see the appendix) of your company is allowed to be used from August 1st, 2012 and the current brand will cease on the same date.
