In conformity withrelevant regulations, specifically Administrative Provisions on Opening Accounts for Investors in the Futures Market and General Regulation of Shanghai Futures Exchange, the Exchange formulates Guidelines on Futures Transaction Operation of Special Institutional Investors of Shanghai Futures Exchange in order to further define the requirements for the futures transaction operation of special institutional investors and encourage them to enter into the futures market in a standardized and orderly way. Special institutional investors shall be subject to these Guidelines in respect of account opening, risk control management, hedging management, delivery management, supervision management and so on.
