Notice on Approval of Change of Registered Enterprise Name and Cathode Copper Product Specifications of Baiyin Nonferrous Group Co,Ltd

Baiyin Nonferrous Group Co., Ltd.:

We’ve received your Application for Change of Registered Enterprise Name and Cathode Copper Product Specifications. In accordance with relevant regulations, specifically the Rules of Shanghai Futures Exchange for Registration of Non-ferrous Metal Commodities for Futures Delivery, and after our on-site registration inspection and sample testing, the Ibis brand cathode copper manufactured by your company complies all specifications as prescribed in the cathode copper standard contract of the Exchange. Upon our consideration, you are hereby notified of the following:

1. The original registered enterprise name of Baiyin Nonferrous Metals Company is allowed to be changed into Baiyin Nonferrous Group Co., Ltd.

2. The product quality grade of Ibis brand cathode copper is allowed to be changed from the CU-CATH-2(Grade1)to CU-CATH-1(Grade A); the product specifications is allowed to be changed from the original 820 * 820 * 5-8 mm, 2080 kg / bundle, 12 bundles / hand to about 1025 * 990 * 13 mm, 2500 kg / bundle, 10 bundles / hand.

3. The red heron brand cathode copper can be delivered in accordance with Shanghai Futures Exchange cathode copper standard contract from the date of issue of this Notice.
