Your “Application for the Suspension of Copper and Aluminum Futures Delivery Business of Shanghai Yuqiang Logistics Co., Ltd.” (YW (2011) No. 15) has been received. Considering the fact that your company’s freight yard has been involved in the Railways Bureau renovation project, in accordance with the relevant provisions such as “SHFE designated delivery warehouse management measures”, etc., through discussion, we hereby reply as follows:

I. From the issuing date of this decision, the copper and aluminum futures delivery and storage business of your company shall be suspended.

II. Your company shall explain to and communicate with the clients based on this decision and relevant requirements of SHFE so as to ensure the normal and orderly operation of the designated delivery warehouses.
