According to the market development needs, through discussion, we plan to add the following units as the SHFE futures standby delivery warehouses:

1. Shanghai Baosteel Logistics Co., Ltd. as a lead futures standby delivery warehouse;

2. Shanghai Guoneng Logistics Co., Ltd. as a lead and zinc futures standby delivery warehouse;

3. Sinotrans East China Co., Ltd. as a lead, zinc, steel rebar and steel wire rod futures standby delivery warehouse;

4. Foshan Jinshengyuan Warehouse Management Co., Ltd. as a lead, zinc and aluminum futures standby delivery warehouse;

5. Division 830 of Guangdong Reserves Administration Bureau as a zinc futures standby delivery warehouse;

6. Wuxi Logistics Center of CMSTDC as a zinc futures standby delivery warehouse.

We hereby publicize them to the market, and any member units or market participants may report to SHFE for any doubts on the above companies in such areas as company qualification, market integrity, and business ability, etc. All such reporting must be based on the principle of seeking truth from facts, and objective and fair.

The public notice period is seven working days as of March 22, 2012.
