We’re in receipt of your company’s Application for Change of the Registered Name and relevant documents. In accordance with relevant regulations, specifically the Rules of Shanghai Futures Exchange for Registration of Nonferrous Metal for Futures Delivery, your Lanzhou Branch’s LL brand and LL2 brand unalloyed aluminum ingot for re-melting(AL99.70) complies with all specifications as prescribed in the standard aluminum contract of the Exchange. Based upon your company’s actual production and operation conditions as well as upon our consideration, you’re hereby notified of the following:

Ⅰ. Your company was granted the permission to change the name of Lanzhou Aluminium Co., Ltd. formerly registered with the Exchange into Aluminum Corporation of China Limited (CHINALCO). The place of origin is Lanzhou in Gansu province.

Ⅱ. The trademark and product specifications of LL brand and LL2 brand unalloyed aluminum ingot for re-melting(AL99.70) remain unchanged.

Ⅲ. The above LL brand and LL2 brand unalloyed aluminum ingot for re-melting (AL99.70) can be used for performance of physical delivery of the Exchange’s aluminum contract since the date of release of this approval.
