Notice of Shanghai Futures Exchange on Holiday Schedule of Year 2012

All members,

In accordance with the Circular on the Issues Concerning the Holiday Scheduling of Year 2012, (ref.No.103 [2011] ZJBF), issued by the General Office of CSRC, and combined with actual conditions of futures market, this Notice is hereby issued by Shanghai Futures Exchange ("SHFE") to announce the holiday schedule of Year 2012 as follows:

1. The New Year's Day: SHFE does not open on Saturday, December 31st, 2011 (weekend) and on holidays from Sunday, January 1st, 2012 to Tuesday, January 3rd, 2012; and it opens as usual on Wednesday, January 4th, 2012.

2. The Spring Festival: SHFE does not open on Saturday, January 21st, 2012 and Sunday, January 29th, 2012 (weekends) and on holidays from Sunday, January 22nd, 2012 to Saturday, January 28th, 2012; and it opens as usual on Monday, January 30th, 2012.

3. The Tomb-sweeping Day: SHFE does not open on Saturday, March 31st, 2012 and Sunday, April 1st, 2012 (weekends) and on holidays from Monday, April 2nd, 2012 to Wednesday, April 4th, 2012; and it opens as usual on Thursday, April 5th, 2012.

4. International Labor Day: SHFE does not open on Saturday, April 28th, 2012 (weekend) and on holidays from Sunday April 29th, 2012 to Tuesday, May 1st, 2012; and it opens as usual on Wednesday, May 2nd, 2012.

5. The Dragon Boat Festival: SHFE does not open on holidays from Friday June 22nd, 2012 to Sunday, June 24th, 2012; and it opens as usual on Monday, June 25th, 2012.

6. The Mid-autumn Festival & National Day: SHFE does not open on Saturday, September 29th, 2012 (weekend) and holidays from Sunday, September 30th, 2012 to Sunday, October 7th, 2012; and it opens as usual on Monday, October 8th, 2012.

All members and investors shall make corresponding arrangements as per this Schedule and implement effective measures for risk presentation and security so as to jointly maintain the market stability.

The Notice is issued particularly.
