All members,

In order to prepare for the annual audit on the qualification of floor representatives of Year 2011, we now therefore announce the relevant issues as follows:

1. All members shall complete SHFE Summary Statement on Annual Audit on Qualification of Floor Representatives of Year 2011 in the uniform format (See Appendix 1 attached hereof).

2. Anyone shall fill in SHFE Floor representative Application and Power of Attorney (See Appendix 2 attached hereof) once again if they intends to accept the designation by the members to further act as their floor representatives, which must be signed by the legal representative of the relevant member and affixed with the official seal, accompanying with a copy of ID card of such floor representative.

3. All members shall present SHFE Trading Department with their SHFE Summary Statement on Annual Audit on Qualification of Floor Representatives of Year 2011, SHFE Floor Representative Application and Power of Attorney and copies of ID card of relevant floor representative prior to November 30th, 2011.

4. Any floor representative will be deemed as being forfeited the qualification to represent the relevant member and therefore will be barred from the trading floor since December 1st, 2011 if he or she fails either to participate in the annual audit or to duly submit SHFE Floor Representative Application and Power of Attorney. Under such circumstances, the relevant member shall solely bear any liabilities arising thereafter.

5. All members shall attach great importance to this matter and conduct the management of the floor representatives’ authorization in real earnest. As for anyone who no longer works for the member or on the post of floor representative, the relevant member shall duly complete the section of Revocation of the Qualification of Floor representative under SHFE Summary Statement on Annual Audit on Qualification of Floor representative of Year 2011 and proceed with the hand-back procedure for the relevant floor representative certificate at the Commercial Center of SHFE Mansion.
