In order to help the employees of the members better understand the business knowledge on transaction, settlement and delivery, we decide to hold the fifth “Training Class for Traders and Settlement Clerks” in 2011 in Shanghai Futures Exchange Tower from November 15 to 18, 2011. The relevant matters are hereby notified to you as follows:

I. Training Object

Employees of all members of Shanghai Futures Exchange.

II. Training Time

The training class will start from November 15 and end on November 18, 2011. During the period, the class training will be held from November 15 to 17, 2011, and the completion examination will be held in the form of closed book examination on the morning of November 18, 2011 (please see Appendix 1 for detailed schedule).

III. Registration Procedure

(I) Online registration: Applicants recommended by the members must make the online registration prior to November 11, 2011 and download the training schedule and Training Registration Form (Appendixes 2-3)

(II) Formal registration: Applicants who have completed the online registration are required to go through the formal registration procedure at the Member Services and Investor Education Department of SHFE with the Training Registration Form (attached with a photo), two 26mm*32mm bareheaded photos (one photo for applicants for one item) and training cost on November 14 (Monday), and then receive the trainee certificate and training materials.

Applicants may go through the registration procedure during the whole day of November 14, and those who cannot personally go through the procedure for any reason may entrust others to complete it on behalf

IV. Training Costs

The training costs are collected as follows: RMB 300 yuan/person for those who register for both trader and settlement clerk; and RMB 200yuan/person for those who register for one item thereof.
