In accordance with the Rules of Shanghai Futures Exchange for Registration of Steel for Futures Delivery, your application for modification of surface marker of hot rolled ribbed bars complies with the specifications as prescribed by the Exchange.

You are hereby notified of the following after our consideration and decision:

You have been approved to use the new surface marker (refer to the appendix for current and new surface markers) for the hot rolled ribbed bars originated from Tangshan, Hebei in accordance with the following schedule, and the use of the current surface marker shall be ceased simultaneously.
