We have received your Application for modification of Product nameplate and Surface Marker of Hot rolled Ribbed Bars and Hot Rolled Plain Bars. In accordance with relevant regulations, specifically rules of Shanghai Futures Exchange for Registration of Steel for Futures Delivery,, your company’s Registered trademark, product nameplate and surface marker of Hot rolled Ribbed Bars and Hot Rolled Plain Bars comply with all specifications as prescribed of the Exchange.

Your are hereby notified of the following:

1. It has been approved that the registered trademark “Hangang” of your hot rolled ribbed bars produced in Handan, Hebei Province be changed into “Yanshan”.

2. It has been approved that the registered trademark “Hangang”, “Tanggang” and “Longyan”of your hot rolled plain bars produced in Handan, Tangshan and Xuanhua of Heibei Province respectively be changed into “Yanshan”.

3. It has been approved that you begin to use new product nameplate for your hot rolled ribbed bars and hot rolled plain bars (see the appendix) on September 9,2011. The use of current product labels shall be stopped simultaneously.

4. It has been approved that you begin to use new surface marker for your hot rolled ribbed bars produced in Handan, Hebei Province (see the appendix) on September 9, 2011. The use of current surface marker shall be stopped simultaneously.

Appendix: New and Old Product Nameplates of “Yanshan” Hot Rolled Ribbed Bars and Hot Rolled Plain Bars and New and Old Surface Markers of Hot Rolled Ribbed Bars Produced in Handan, Hebei Province
