We have received your Application for Increasing Storage Capacity of the Designated Warehouse for Zinc Delivery of CMST Development Stock Co., Ltd., Shanghai Dachang Logistics Center ［ZCGFBHZ (2011)No.9］. In accordance with relevant regulations, specially Guidelines for Designated Warehouses of Shanghai Futures Exchange, you are hereby notified of the following:

I. It has been approved that the authorized zinc storage capacity of the warehouse of your Shanghai Dachang Logistics Center at 137 Nanda Road, Shanghai be increased from 40,000 tons to 60,000 tons.

II. As of the day of the release of this notice, you shall conduct business at the designated warehouse for delivery based on the adjustments of authorized storage capacity. You shall ensure the business going smooth and orderly at the designated warehouse for delivery by intensified management in strict line with relevant regulations.
