We have received your Application for Increasing Storage Capacity. In accordance with relevant regulations, specially Guidelines for Designated Warehouses of Shanghai Futures Exchange, you are hereby notified of the following:

I. It has been approved that the authorized zinc storage capacity of your warehouse at 240 Anda Road, Shanghai be increased from 55,000 tons to 80,000 tons. The authorized storage capacity of the warehouses at 4049 Jungong Road and 4501 Jungong Road remains unchanged.

II. As of the day of the release of this notice, you shall conduct business at the designated warehouse for delivery based on the adjustments of authorized storage capacity. You shall ensure business going smooth and orderly at the designated warehouse for delivery by intensified management in strict line with relevant regulations.
