All members,

After discussion, it has been decided that the following adjustments shall be made to the transaction fees of natural rubber as of August 6th, 2011:

1. Transaction fees on all listed futures contracts of natural rubber shall remain unchanged.

2. Transaction fees on newly listed futures contracts of RU1208 and subsequent contracts shall be adjusted to 1‱ of the turnover.
