We have received your Application for Modification of rebar and wire-rod of ZENITH nameplates. In accordance with relevant regulations, specifically rules of Shanghai Futures Exchange for Registration of Steel for Futures Delivery, your company’s rebar and wire-rod products nameplate comply with all specifications as prescribed of the Exchange. You are hereby notified of the following:

The new nameplates (as detailed in the annex) of your company are permitted to be used from August 15, 2011 and the current nameplates shall cease simultaneously.

Appendix: Current and New Nameplates of Zenith Brand Hot rolled Ribbed Bars and Hot rolled Plain Bars;
