The 4th SHFE Risk Management Seminar in 2006, which is addressed to the needs of its membership, was held in Shenyang, Northeast of China. Mr. Huo Ruirong, EVP of the exchange, together with officials from CSRC Bureau (Liaoning), CSRC Bureau (Dalian), CSRC Bureau (Tianjing) and Supreme Court.

Industrial representatives from regulatory,legal, exchange and overseas interests discussed about the risk management practices prevailing in the market and the market conditions recently. More than 51 peoeple, among whom were risk directors and on-site managers of SHFE members, from Liaoning, Jilin and Heilongjiang provinces attended.
