A two-day advanced program on futures and securities judicial interpretation, co-sponsored by The Supreme Court, CSRC and SHFE, has been held.
With the program, it is intended to update the judges with futures and securities know-how, promote communications between the law-enforcement authority and capital market regulators, and thus the legal base for the futures market regulation and development.
Mr.Hu Zheng, deputy executive president of SHFE, said SHFE has always attached great importance to the judicial education and strictly followed CSRC’s requirements to regulate and develop the futures market. SHFE will make relevant adjustments to the rules and regulations in synch with the judicial interpretations and further improve internal discipline and exercise front-end supervision so as to promote the healthy development of the futures market.
About 80 judges from Shanghai,JiangSu,Zhejiang and other 15 provinces of central China and southern China attended the advanced course. Specialists from The Supreme Court, CSRC, and SHFE delivered speeches and elaborated on the following subjects: major issues and controversy in the ruling of futures-related disputes, review and application of the judicial interpretation, futures trading and regulations, domestic and international futures trading practices, rules application and development.
