On January 2 Mr.Anthony Neoh,the chief consultant of the China Securities Regrulatory Commission

(CSRC),made an inspection tour to Shanghai Futures Exchange ("SHFE")and held talks

with the responsible persons of SHFE on the issues conceming the development of

futures market.
