Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE) releases a Circular on Publishing the INE Containerized Freight Index (Europe Service) Futures Contract and the Relevant Implementing Rules of Shanghai International Energy Exchange, as shown below:

China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has approved Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE) to list the INE Containerized Freight Index (Europe Service) Futures under the registration system.

The INE Containerized Freight Index (Europe Service) Futures Contract, the Revised Membership Management Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange, the Revised Trading Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange, the Revised Clearing Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange, the Revised Delivery Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange, and the Revised Risk Management Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange have been adopted by the Board of Directors of INE, and reported to the CSRC.

Please visit the official website of INE for the Chinese version. If there is any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
