Shanghai International Energy Exchange has released its Circular on the Position Conversion from Non-Hedging to Hedging as follows:

To all concerned parties:
In order to meet market demands and enhance market efficiency, the Shanghai International Energy Exchange will commence the Position Conversion from non-hedging to hedging from 21:00 on November 20, 2023. Members and Overseas Special Participants can submit applications through the Member Service System using hedging management related accounts (account names as "Member number TB01" or "Member number TB02"). Overseas Intermediaries can submit applications through the Overseas Intermediary Service System using hedging management related accounts (account name as "A Intermediary ID number"). Specific details are outlined in the attached documents. In case of forgetting account passwords, please send a password reset request bearing an official seal to the provided email tradinginquire@shfe.com.cn.
