Shanghai International Energy Exchange has released its Notice on the Approval of Shanghai Zhongchu Lingang Logistics Co., Ltd. to Cancel Designated Delivery Storage Site and Decrease Approved Storage Capacity for TSR 20 Futures as follows:

Recently, Shanghai International Energy Exchange (hereinafter referred to as INE) has received the application of Shanghai Zhongchu Lingang Logistics Co., Ltd. In accordance with the INE Delivery Rules and other applicable rules, we hereby decide to:

1. Approve Shanghai Zhongchu Lingang Logistics Co., Ltd. to cancel Designated Delivery Storage Site of No.98 Changman RD. China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, and to decrease the approved storage capacity from 50,000 tons to 40,000 tons.

2. After the adjustment, the storage site of Shanghai Zhongchu Lingang Logistics Co., Ltd. located in No.195 Shuanghui RD. China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone will have an approved storage capacity of 40,000 tons.

3. Starting from the date of this Notice, Shanghai Zhongchu Lingang Logistics Co., Ltd. shall offer Designated Delivery Storage Facility services according to the adjusted storage sites and approved storage capacity, strictly abide by all relevant rules, strengthen operation management, and ensure the sound functioning of such services.
