Recently, the 1st Term of Crude Oil Futures Related Business Training Tour held by the Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE) successfully concluded in Shenzhen.
This series of training has attracted market attention, and experts from the oil industry, futures firms and INE explained the international crude oil supply and demand, crude oil trade and import process, the global oil industry chain, international crude oil spot market operation and crude oil futures related business rules, etc. More than 2,200 futures business practitioners and 32 journalists from 27 media outlets participated in the activities.
Wang Jun, President of the Research Institute of Founders CIFCO Futures, believed that the listing of crude oil futures would bring great benefits to the petrochemical industry chain and the transportation industry chain. Futures firms should seize the opportunity and carry out work actively from the height of serving the real economy and improving the financial market. This term of training systematically explained the crude oil futures related business rules and essential factors of risk management, providing a strong guarantee for the subsequent work. Someone from Holly Futures also said that in order to meet the listing of crude oil futures, the company had organized a number of internal staff training and various investor education activities.
