Chinanews.com: 2016 China Gold Congress Will Be Held

Co-organized by China Gold Association and World Gold Council, organized by China Gold Association, the Second China Gold Congress will be held in Beijing from July 26 to 28.

As the strategic partner of the Congress, the SHFE will hold the Gold Derivatives Market Development Forum in the morning of July 28. The Forum will invite experts from China Gold Association, Chicago Mercantile Exchange Group, Tokyo Commodity Exchange, Bank of Communications, Standard Chartered Bank, CPM Group and Commodity Discovery Fund to communicate and exchange ideas, agree consensus, expect for the development and cooperation of gold futures market and explore method on how the gold derivatives market further serve the entity economy.

The Congress will mainly include seminar, exhibition and thematic activities, take the three sectors of gold mineral products, gold investment and gold consumption as the main line, including the precious metal types of gold, silver and platinum, covering the industrial chain of mineral exploration, development and smelting, investment and market analysis, tendency prediction, consumption and techniques, design and processing of accessories. The Congress will be aimed at laying solid foundation of cooperation and mutual benefits of gold industry at home and abroad, building international platform of mutual-learning of global gold industry and communication and cooperation, enhancing international competitiveness and influence of China gold enterprises and promoting the scientific and harmonious development of China gold industry.
