Spread Trading Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange(Amended)

Chapter 1     GENERAL PROVISIONS

    Article 4  Spread positions include regular month spread positions and nearby delivery month spread positions. For copper, aluminum, zinc, lead, nickel, tin, steel rebar, wire rod, hot-rolled coil, gold, silver, natural rubber, and bitumen, and bleached softwood kraft pulp (BSKP) futures, the regular month refers to the period from the listing date to the final trading day of the second month prior to the delivery month, and the nearby delivery month refers to the first month prior to the delivery month and the delivery month, while for fuel oil futures, the regular month refers to the period from the listing date to the final trading day of the third month prior to the delivery month, and nearby delivery month refers to the second month and first month prior to the delivery month.
