(3) The Exchange conducts field investigation and evaluation on the certified delivery warehouse passed the pre-review on application for changes;

 

(4) The Exchange reviews and approves of the application for changes to storage capacities, storage address and storage space submitted by the certified delivery warehouse passed the field investigation and evaluation;

 

(5) The Exchange makes public announcement to the market after finishing the maintenance of warranty system and updates on relevant data.
