Cancellation of Standard Factory Warehouse Receipt (Bitumen)

(1) Consignor submits the application for taking delivery to the factory warehouse prior to 25th day of the month preceding the month of taking delivery;

(2) The factory warehouse confirms on it within three (3) days after receipt of such application;

(3) The factory warehouse sends out goods on the specified date of shipment，makes sampling, and seals up for safekeeping;

(4) Consignor conducts acceptance check;
