(1) Member submits the Letter of Authorization on SHFE Funds Operator (Signature of legal person plus official seal shall be required) to the Exchange’s Settlement Department, in which one (1) senior administrator and more than two (2) business operators need to be designated with senior administrator enjoying the right to assign authorities to business operators; 

 

(2) The Exchange reviews application materials;

 

(3) The Exchange assigns user’s name and system’s initial password, and notifies member;

 

(4) Upon the receipt of user’s name and system’s initial password, member shall timely modify the password to ensure the system security; authorization

 

(5) Senor administrator logs into system to grant authorization to other business operators of this member;

 

(6) Business operator logs into system to conduct business operation.
