Business Related to Change of Member’s Special Funds Account

(1) Member submits to the Exchange’s Settlement Department the Application Form for Change of Special Funds Account that was fully completed and chopped with the seal of company’s legal person and financial seal;  

 
(2) The Exchange reviews the application form;
 
(3) The Exchange issues the Notice on Special Funds Account to each depository and custodian bank;
 
(4) The depository and custodian bank reviews the materials for change submitted by member, and submits the enclosed return receipt of Notice on Special Funds Account to the Exchange’s Settlement Department after changing account at the bank end;
 
(5) The Exchange changes special funds account for member according to bank’s return receipt.
