Business Related to Cancellation of Member’s Special Funds Account

(1) Member undergoes procedures concerning retirement from membership;

 
(2) Member submits to the Exchange the Application Form for Cancellation of Special Funds Account that was fully completed and chopped with seal of company’s legal person and financial seal
 
(3) The Exchange reviews the application form;
 
(4) The Exchange issues the Notice on Special Funds Account to each depository and custodian bank;   
 
(5) The depository and custodian bank reviews the account cancellation materials submitted by member, and submits the enclosed return receipt of Notice on Special Funds Account to the Exchange’s Settlement Department after cancelling account at the bank end
 
(6) The Exchange saves the application form and return receipt.
