This is an official response to your company’s Application for Modifications to Product’s Surface Marker, and with respect to the Amended Rules on Registration of Steel Products for Futures Delivery, your company’s application for adjusting product’s surface marker and modifying number of pieces contained in each bundle meets all requirements as prescribed by the Exchange. Given that, you’re hereby notified of the following:

We approve your company’s application for adjusting product’s surface marker and modifying number of pieces contained in each bundle. Since the date of issuance of this Approval, new surface markers will be put into use (See the Appendix), while the existing surface markers will cease to be applicable.

Appendix: New and Existing Nameplates and Surface Markers of YANSHAN Brand Hot-rolled Ribbed Bars, as well as the Pieces Contained in Each New and Old Bundle of YANSHAN Brand Hot-rolled Ribbed Bars with Chengde and Handan as their Place of Origin
