This is an official response to your company’s Application for Modifications to the Surface Logo of 15Kg Silver Bullion, and with respect to the Amended Rules on Registration of Precious Metals Products for Futures Delivery, your application for modifications to the surface logo of your company’s 15Kg silver bullion meets all requirements as prescribed by the Exchange. Given that, you’re hereby notified of the following:
We grant you the permission to start using the new surface logo (See appendix) as from January 21, 2015, while the existing surface logo will cease to be applicable.
