This is an official response to your company’s Application for Modifications to the Nameplates of Hot-rolled Ribbed Bars and Hot-rolled Round Bars, and with respect to the Amended Rules on Registration of Steel Products for Futures Delivery, your application for modifications to the nameplates of your company’s hot-rolled ribbed bars and hot-rolled round bars meets all requirements as prescribed by the Exchange. Given that, you’re hereby notified of the following:

We grant you the permission to start using the new product nameplates (See Appendix) as from November 1, 2014, while the existing product nameplates will cease to be applicable.
