This is an official response to your company’s Application for Modifications to the Surface Marker of Hot-rolled Ribbed Bars, and with respect to the Amended Rules on Registration of Steel Products for Futures Delivery, your application for modifications to your product’s surface marker meets all requirements as prescribed by the Exchange. Given that, you’re hereby notified of the following:

We grant you the permission to start using the new surface marker (See appendix) as of October 16, 2014, while the existing surface marker will cease to be applicable.
