This is an official response to your company’s Application for Changes to the Registered Trademark, and with respect to the Rules on Registration of Non-ferrous Metals Products for Futures Delivery, we approve your application that has already met all requirements as prescribed in the Exchange’s aluminum futures contract specifications.

I. Your company has been granted the approval to change its registered trademark from the “IRKAZ SUAL” remelting aluminum ingot (AL99.70) for remelting formerly registered with the Exchange to the  “RUSAL I” .

II. Since the date of issuance, the above-mentioned “RUSAL I” aluminum ingot (AL99.70) for remelting shall be eligible for physical delivery against the Exchange’s aluminum futures contract specifications. The former “IRKAZ SUAL” aluminum ingot (AL99.70) for remelting is not allowed for generation of new standard warrants; the already generated standard warrants of the former “IRKAZSUAL” can continue to be used for physical delivery until they are cancelled.
