In order to fully analyze the settlment situation of futures firm members, and provide references for optimizing the settlement process and elevating the settlement efficiency, the Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) plans to release the Questionnaire on Settlement by Futures Firm Members” on the SHFE’s Trading and Operation Survey Platform on March 12.
The website of the survey platform is http://survey.futuresweekly.com:8080/visitLogin.do. Matters concerning the questionnaire are as below:
1. Each futures company member assigns a contact in charge of the questionnaire and sends the name, handphone number, and e-mail address of the contact to service@futuresweekly.com before March 11. The username and password to log in the survey platform will be sent to each company’s contact through short message and e-mail. Each company should change the password in time after logging in.
2. The questionnaire will last from March 12 to April 11, with a total of 22 trading days. Members should record the settling process of each trading day during these 22 days and fill in the questionnaire of that day. Members can download and print the blank questionnaire in advance, and log in the survey platform regularly every week (such as every Monday or Tuesday) to fill in the statistics of last week.
3. Having completed all the questionnaires, each member should download and print all filled questionnaires and affix the corporate seal on each questionnaire, and then send them to the Clearing Department of the SHFE before the feedback deadline. Mailing address: 500 Pudian Road, 200122.
4. Relevant data collected through the questionnaire will only be used for the SHFE’s internal analysis, and persons involved in the survey will strictly keep confidential.
It is hoped that all futures firm members pay high attention to this survey and urge relevant departments and personnel to fill in the questionnaire on time.
