The Rules on Designated Futures Margin Depository Banks are formulated to ensure the safekeeping of futures Margin and smooth operation of futures trading, facilitate the functioning of futures market and better serve the realphysical economy. Effective on September 26, 2013, these Rules have already been adopted by the 32nd Meeting of the 2nd Session of Board of Directors of Shanghai Futures Exchange and also been reported to CSRC.
