This is an official response to your company’s Application for Modifications to the Nameplates of Hot-rolled Ribbed Bars and Hot-rolled Plain Bars, and with respect to the Rules on Registration of Steel Products for Futures Delivery, we approve of your application for modifications to the nameplates of your company’s hot-rolled ribbed bars and hot-rolled plain bars.

Your company has been granted the permission to start using the new product nameplates (See appendix) as of October 1, 2013, while the existing product nameplates will cease to be applicable.
