This is an official response to your company’s Application for Modifications to Nameplate of “Xinxing” Hot-rolled Ribbed Bars, and with respect to the Rules on Registration of Steel Products for Futures Delivery, we approve of your application for the modifications to your company’s hot-rolled ribbed bars.

Your company has been granted the permission to start using the new product nameplates (See appendix) since August 1, 2013, while the existing product nameplates will cease to be applicable concurrently.
