This is an official response to your application for change of nameplate of hotrolled ribbed bars, as titled the Application for Change of Nameplate of “ZENITH” Hot rolled Ribbed Bars, and with respect to the Regulations of Shanghai Futures Exchange on Registration of Steels for Futures Delivery, we approve of the change of nameplate upon consideration.

Your company was granted the permission to start to use the new nameplate (as attached) since July 1, 2013, and the current nameplate shall cease to be used at the same time.
