To clarify the business operation requirements for clients to futures firm's asset management business (the Asset Management Business) at the Shanghai Futures Exchange (the Exchange), and instruct the clients on their access to the futures market in a regulated and orderly manner, the Exchange hereby develops these guidelines as attached in accordance with relevant rules and regulations, specifically the Regulations on Opening Accounts for Clients in Futures Market, the Pilot Methods for Futures Firm's Asset Management Businesses, the Guidelines for Single Client Entrusted Asset Management Business at Futures Firm and the Exchange Regulations of Shanghai Futures Exchange. These Guidelines shall be followed by clients to the asset management business on their account opening, risk control, hedging, delivery and compliance.
