Shanghai International Energy Exchange has released its Circular on the Revised Trading Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange, as shown below:

The revised versions of the Trading Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange have been deliberated and approved by the Board of Directors of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE), and have been reported to the China Securities Regulatory Commission. They are hereby released and shall take effect from May 26, 2023 (i.e. from the continuous trading session on the night of May 25).

All members are requested to issue reminders before the implementation of the revised rules.

Please visit the official website of INE for the Chinese version. The English version is for reference only. In case of any inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
