In accordance with the Designated Delivery Warehouse Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange, the Delivery Rules for Designated Aluminum Oxide Factory Warehouse of the Shanghai Futures Exchange, and other applicable rules, the Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) hereby approves CHALCO Shandong Co., Ltd., CHALCO Zhongzhou Aluminum Co., Ltd., and Shandong Hongtuo Industrial Co., Ltd. as the first delivery factory warehouses for aluminum oxide futures.

I. SHFE will adjust the storage capacities for futures delivery from time to time and steadily admit more delivery factories in light of market development. See Appendix 2-1 for the premiums and discounts of delivery factory warehouses in different regions;

II. The factories will start creating standard factory warrants for aluminum oxide futures on September 20, 2023; and

III. As of the date of this Announcement, the designated delivery factories should prepare for the delivery services of aluminum oxide futures to the extent of the approved storage capacity, follow applicable rules, strengthen management, and ensure normal and orderly delivery process.
