Shanghai International Energy Exchange has released its Announcement on the Revised Clearing Rules of Shanghai International Energy Exchange, as shown below:

The revised version of the Clearing Rules of Shanghai International Energy Exchange has been deliberated and approved by the Board of Directors of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE), and has been reported to the China Securities Regulatory Commission. It shall take effect from June 14, 2024.

Please visit the official website of INE for the Chinese version. The English version is for reference only. In case of any inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
