In accordance with the Designated Delivery Warehouse Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange and other applicable rules, the Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) hereby approves CHALCO Logistics Group Co., Ltd., SINOTRANS Central China Co., Ltd., Xinjiang Chengtong International Logistics Co., Ltd., Guangdong Jushen Storage Co., Ltd., Zhongjiang Logistics Co., Ltd., and Gansu Guotong Commodities Supply Chain Management Holding Co., Ltd. as the first delivery warehouses for aluminum oxide futures.

I. SHFE will adjust the storage capacities for futures delivery from time to time and steadily admit more delivery warehouses in light of market development. See Appendix 2-1 for the premiums and discounts of delivery warehouses in different regions;

II. The warehouses will start creating standard warrants for aluminum oxide futures on September 20, 2023; and

III. As of the date of this Announcement, the designated delivery warehouses should prepare for the delivery services of aluminum oxide futures to the extent of the approved storage capacity, follow applicable rules, strengthen management, and ensure normal and orderly delivery process.
